The
year 2006 brought new life to Alpenwald
Village.
We are experiencing
new growth and development in the village
as new property owners are making plans
to build their vacation homes and primary
residence homes in 2006/2007. Over 10 new
homes were built in 2005/2006. Projection
of
new homes in 2006/2007 is double!
All
roads throughout Alpenwald
Village
have been graded and widened in various locations providing direct access to all
thelots including power access. During the winter months our roads are kept open
and clear for easy access.
AVI
has a very active board that is currently
in the planning stages for our annual meeting
June 24, 2006 at 12:30pm at the REadsboro
Town Office! The year 2006/2007 will
bring new and exciting happenings in Alpenwald
Village. Construction of the
new recreational area and proposed new
club
house. Our property owners are encouraged
to participate and be active in our community.
