Second Sale of Readsboro Town Land

Alpenwald Subdivision Lots

On July 31, 2007 the Town of Readsboro Vermont decided to sell the following parcels of land that the Town has acquired title by tax sale and/or gifting.

List of Alpenwald Subdivision lots (mostly one acre in size)

All bidders are responsible for locating all lots, searching title and obtaining any pertinent maps. Tax maps are available at the Readsboro Town Office. (1-802-423-5405) Tax maps may not be 100% accurate. Alpenwald lots are subject to deed restrictions and yearly Association fees. Extra information may be found at the website www.alpenwaldvillage.com.

All lots are sold “as is” and the Town of Readsboro makes no guarantee as to the suitability of developing any lots.

.Must be over 18 years of age to purchase. Buyers will receive a quit-claim deed from the Town.
