is a a very Rough estimated basic cost for
a log home "Turnkey"
ready for move in: Note;
Does not include the land, appliances, interior
fixtures or other ammenities added on.

Construction cost includes:
Lot clearing, Excavation of the lot for
foundation, driveway, septic system, leach
field and lot at final grade. Well drilling,
foundation construction and building of
exterior shell of Log Home. Basic interior
finish with all standard electrical and
plumbing work and a basic gas stove heating
system. Note: Does not include land, appliances,
interior fixtures or any other ammenities
added on. Actual projected cost will be
done at time of purchasing log home package
and the lot selected that the log home is
to be built on and any other amenities to
be added. All which has to be taken under
consideration for final pricing. Important
to note that construction cost are variablel
based on many known and unknown factors
ie; Septic mound system, tertiary mound
system, foundation ledge, well drilling
for water and upgraded heating system and
materials. Added fireplace or garage or
addition to the log home. Foundation 8ft
vs 4 ft frost wall. Trees cut for firewood
