Layaway Opportunity
One of our goals here at Moosehead Cedar Log Homes is to ease the financial stress that can go along with the financing of a new home. To meet that goal, we are pleased to offer a convenient 12-month layaway program. We hope this will help you with your new log home process.

Customer Savings:
This will hold your log home kit price for the lenght of your layaway plus 8 weeks. No price increase fron the date of layaway up to one year. No interest on your monthly payments. No penalty fee for early payoff. This gives you time to work out the details on your log home project.

12 Month Layaway Summary Option #1
Requires a 10% deposit. Your initial deposit would be $1,500 and the balance of the 10% is divided into 12 monthly installments. Delivery must be within fourteen (14) months of the start of the layaway program.

Example
$50,000 - Kit Price
$5,000 - 10% Deposit
$1,500 - Initial Deposit
$3,500 - Balance to be divided into 12 equal payments
$3,500 divided by 12 = $291.67 to be paid monthly

Remainder of 30% deposit must be received six (6) weeks prior to delivery

Requirements: Moosehead Cedar Log Homes would need a signed sales order, signed floor plan and signed layaway agreement. You must take delivery of your log home kit within fourteen (14) months of your original layaway plan date.

$2,000 divided by 12 = $166.67 to be paid monthly
